‘Canadian Gov’t Teaching Anti-‘White’ Racism’

The Canadian government is training employees to be racist against ‘white’ people. This retrograde poison – in an Orwellian fashion typical of an authoritarian government – is being falsely labelled as ‘anti-racism’ training…
P.S. The course’s first ‘Resources’ link is blacklivesmatter.com…

“New documents surfacing regarding the Canadian federal government’s ‘anti-racism’ training reveal that their definition of racism is not only overly broad, it appears to have a distinctly political {racist!} tint to it.

“Canada — a colonial settler society — is a concept based on many myths, including European discovery and harmonious multiculturalism”,

opens one text. According to the ‘Toronto Sun’ {See below}, another document available to the public insists on the “fact” that only ‘white’ {How ‘white’?} people can be considered “racist“.

Gov’t Racism Training – Table of Contents (Toronto Sun)

“While assumptions and stereotypes about ‘white’ people do exist, this is considered {By whom? ‘BIPOC’ racists?} racial prejudice, not racism”,
{Semantical nonsense…}
participants are informed.
“Thus, racial prejudice can indeed be directed at ‘white’ people (e.g. ‘white people can’t dance’) but is not considered racism because of the systemic relationship to power.”

Gov’t Racism Training – Document 1 (Toronto Sun)

“According to these authors, “blackface” is considered to be overt ‘white’ supremacy… However, organizations like the ‘Proud Boys’ are also included, despite it being public knowledge that people of all colours and backgrounds are on their roster.

Gov’t Racism Training – Document 2 (Toronto Sun)

“However, for many people reading this material, it may be even more alarming what’s on the “covert” side of the diagram, which is designed to represent an iceberg.
Below the tip of the iceberg are listed things such as:
–Meritocracy as validation
–Gentrification (i.e. bad neighborhoods improving)
–English-only initiatives
–Thanksgiving
–Expecting ‘BIPOC’ to educate you
–Virtue signalling as the good ‘white’ ally
–Not believing the experiences of ‘BIPOC’.

“The last three may leave some readers wondering as to how a ‘white person’ could ever be redeemed, according to the authors.”

Gov’t Racism Training – Document 5 (Toronto Sun)

“Wearing blackface is an act of ‘white’ supremacy but so is seeking to be objective {!}. These are some of the things you will learn if you happen to work for the federal government and are taking their latest ‘anti-racism’ course. Documents obtained under access to information show a real stretch on the definition of racism. One slide lists the following as “Characteristics of White Supremacy Culture”:
objectivity, individualism, perfectionism, a sense of urgency, and either/or thinking.

“When did being objective in considering an issue become the mark of a ‘white’ supremacist?
{When communists took control of the Canadian education system…}

“The same goes for having a sense of urgency or the other false markers listed. This course, currently being forced on Canada’s civil servants, even questions the name and existence of Canada.

“Racism and colonialism foundational to this place we now call Canada”,

reads the heading for one “fact” listed under “Myths and Facts”.

Gov’t Racism Training – ‘Myths’ and ‘Facts’ (Toronto Sun)

“Canada — a colonial settler society — is a concept based on many myths, including European discovery and harmonious multiculturalism”,
the section reads in part.

“While participants in this training, offered up by ‘Global Affairs Canada’ {!}, are told to question the very name of the country, they’re also informed not to question other points such as the claim that only ‘white’ people can be racist. The first “myth” the course attempts to bust is that if you aren’t ‘white’, then you can’t be racist.

“Myth #1: Reverse racism exists, BIPOC can be racists towards ‘white’ people”,
the section is titled.

“While assumptions and stereotypes about ‘white’ people do exist, this is considered racial prejudice, not racist”,
participants are informed.
“Thus, racial prejudice can indeed be directed at ‘white’ people (e.g. ‘white people can’t dance’) but is not considered racism because of the systemic relationship to power.”

“This section raises a lot of questions for me. Can poor ‘white’ people who have no power be considered racist then? According to this course, racism is about the power structure and authority and there are plenty of poor ‘white’ people, some of whom will be racist, but should we just refer to them as having “racial prejudice”?

“Can people who aren’t ‘white’ be racist towards each other?

“Experience, including from my very multicultural upbringing, would tell me ‘Yes’ but this course attempts to claim that all ‘people of colour’ {The racist term for non-‘White’} are united in a struggle for “liberation”.

“It is in fact that very word, several other buzz phrases peppered throughout the document that tells me this “training” for all workers in the foreign service is nothing more than an attempt to instill a political ideology using Race as the entry point.

“It’s a little surprising that some of this got through the vetting process, like the parts of the course that should embarrass Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. The course clearly says that wearing blackface is an act of “overt white supremacy”. As we know, Trudeau wore blackface more times than he can count.

Gov’t Racism Training – ‘Myths’ and ‘Facts’-2 (Toronto Sun)

“Also listed in the document as overt ‘white’ supremacy are the 1911 ban on ‘Black’ immigration, the 1885 ‘Chinese Immigration Act’, and Residential Schools. We do have racism in Canada, both in our past and in our present, and we should be willing to confront it. We weren’t pure in the past and we aren’t now.

“That said, this training that federal civil servants are subject to does nothing to address the problems and is agenda driven.

“Deal with real issues, drop the agendas, and cut short this training plan.”

Canadian Heritage teaching Racism

Monday’s federal budget included a massive expansion of Race-based {racist} programming, including a new drive for Race-focused data collection, funding earmarked for what Ottawa is calling “equity deserving groups{‘non-‘white’} and even a plan to prioritize government procurement from “Black-owned businesses”.
{How ‘Black’ do they have to be to qualify?}

“It’s a ramping up of an initiative first begun in 2019, when the Government of Canada began rolling out anti-racism {anti-‘white’} training within its departments in a bid to combat a federal bureaucracy that they asserted was shot through with “systemic racism” {‘White people’}. Ottawa’s focus on anti-racism training became all the more acute after worldwide {?} ‘Black Lives Matter’ protests…which was reflected in the more than $300 million put towards “equity” programs in the 2021 budget.

“Through a freedom of information request, the ‘Toronto Sun’ recently obtained one of the results of this new push: The official anti-racist training materials for ‘Global Affairs Canada’.
https://www.scribd.com/document/501975490/Government-of-Canada-anti-racism-training-documents

“The literature is markedly different than Canada’s official anti-racism training of only a few years ago, which stressed tolerance and accommodation for an increasingly multicultural workplace.
https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/research-stats/er201103_01e_capar.pdf

“These new course materials explicitly cite as their inspiration {communist}critical race theory”, a growing {poisonous} movement which posits that Western society is immutably tainted by ‘white’ supremacy, and must be confronted and managed by conscious “anti-racist” thinking and policies.

“Unlike the anti-discrimination movements of the past — which sought only equal opportunity untainted by prejudice — ‘critical race’ theorists {propagandists} hold that government and society is so immutably slanted towards ‘white’ people {How ‘white’?} that ignoring Race is itself an act of ‘white’ supremacy designed to maintain an inequitable status quo. Or, as a protest sign included in the ‘Global Affairs’ materials put it, “if you aren’t an antiracist, you are complicit”.

“Promoted by public {pseudo-}‘intellectuals’ such as Robin DiAngelo or Ibram X. Kendi, it’s an approach that in recent years has found its way into the highest echelons of power in the United States, and now features in mandatory training for tens of thousands of U.S. bureaucrats and corporate employees. And now, it’s required ‘training’ for Canada’s diplomats. Below, a taste of what anti-racism training looks like at the sharp end for Government of Canada employees…

“The course materials stress the concept of racism as a systemic problem that cannot be expunged entirely through education and will persist even without any examples of overt discrimination {!}; the lack of “antiracist” policies will in themselves precipitate a racist system. “It is not just the absence of discrimination of inequities, but also the presence of deliberate systems and supports to achieve and sustain racial equity”, reads the literature.

“The ‘Global Affairs’ materials cite heavily from “Dismantling Racism”, a widely-used {racist} workbook that was one of the earlier proponents of ‘critical race’ theory.
https://www.dismantlingracism.org/racism-defined.html

“Racism is ordinary, the ‘normal’ way that society does business”,
reads “Dismantling Racism”, adding that
“every institution in this country was and is used to prove that race exists and to promote the idea that the white race is at the top of the racial hierarchy and all other races are below, with the Black race on the bottom”.
{Complete and utter nonsense!}

{‘Black’ racist} Boston University professor Ibram X. Kendi is one of the leading proponents of this new view of ‘anti-racism’, and his book “How to be an Antiracist” is recommended by the ‘Global Affairs’ materials for further reading. Kendi has argued that any policy that does not explicitly counteract white supremacy with favourable policies toward non-‘white’ people will inevitably return to a racist mean. “There is no neutrality in the racism struggle … there is no in-between safe space of ‘not racist’,” he writes in “How to be an Antiracist”.

‘Only white people can be racist’
“A major tenet of ‘critical race’ theory is the idea that racism is not just a prejudice, but is a complex, omnipresent system designed to keep ‘people of colour’ {The racist term for non-‘white’} down for the benefit of ‘white’ people.

“In a “Myths and Facts” section opening the document, it is called a myth that non-‘white’ people are capable of racism, which is defined as exclusively being the domain of ‘white’ people. Non-‘white’ people can express “racial prejudice”, to be sure (the example provided is “white people can’t dance”) but this doesn’t qualify as racism because of the “systemic relationship to power{Communist B.S.}.

“In Canada, ‘white’ people hold this cultural power due to ‘Eurocentric’ {‘modern’} modes of thinking, rooted in ‘colonialism’ {‘modernity’}, that continue to reproduce and privilege ‘whiteness’,”
it reads.

“This may be one of the reasons that anti-Semitism — a prejudice with a long and ignoble history within Canadian federal policy —
https://www.thecanadianencyclopedia.ca/en/article/ms-st-louis
is not mentioned once in the ‘Global Affairs’ materials. While the ‘Global Affairs’ materials make no mention of Jews, “Dismantling Racism”, for one, has explicitly stated that ‘critical race’ theory holds that Jewish people have “become white” and are thus beneficiaries of systemic racism.
{Pure, unadulterated racism…}

“The course materials state that while most people associate the term “white supremacy” with hate groups such as the KKK and neo-Nazis, it can equally be applied to any system that affords disproportionate advantage to ‘white’ people. A glossary accompanying the materials extends a broad definition to “whiteness”, saying it is “dynamic, relational, and operating at all times and on myriad levels”.

A chart outlining examples of “white supremacy culture” includes the principles of “objectivity”, “individualism” and “worship of the written word {! Unbelievable insanity!}. The materials also brand the concept of “pulling oneself up by one’s bootstraps” as an example of “covert white supremacy”. The term “covert white supremacy”, which ‘Global Affairs’ adopts from the ‘Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence’ {Another communist front organization}, is defined as any ‘white’ supremacy that is “socially acceptable”.

“This view has manifested itself in Canadian public life most notably in October, when B.C. Premier John Horgan was pilloried for saying in an election debate that he “does not see colour”. In an apology the next day, Horgan said “I’m sorry. I’ll never fully understand, as a ‘white’ person, the lived reality of systemic racism”. Indeed, the ‘Global Affairs’ materials cite the phrases “but we’re all just one human family” and claiming to be “colourblind” as additional markers of “covert white supremacy”.
{Because Global Affairs itself is so obviously racist, they can’t help but see Racism everywhere…}

Racism is just as bad in Canada.”

“The above quote appears in the “myths {!} and facts” section opening the document, in which it is deemed a myth that “Canada race issues are not like the United States”. Participants are then encouraged to read a ‘Huffington Post’ {A U.S. communist media outlet} column explaining further.

“It’s true that Canada did not have the ‘Jim Crow’ laws that enforced segregation in the U.S.”,
reads the column.
“But the absence of a law doesn’t mean segregation wasn’t rampant here, too.”
https://www.huffingtonpost.ca/entry/racism-canada-anti-black_ca_5ecd6c6cc5b670f88ad48d5c

“As stated above, ‘critical race’ theory holds fast to an idea of an enforced system of Race hierarchy that places ‘Black’ people at the bottom. This is apparent in the ‘Global Affairs’ literature, even to the exclusion of inequity problems that are more unique to Canada. There is little mention of…Indian Residential Schools. The century-long assimilation of ‘Indigenous’ {sic, Canadian Aboriginals are ‘Indigenous’ to Mongolia and Siberia} children is mostly mentioned in passing as a government policy of “forcefully removing ‘Indigenous’ children from their homes”.
{Which wasn’t true. Most Aboriginal children were voluntarily taken to the schools by their families.}

“There is no mention whatsoever of Japanese-Canadian internment during the Second World War. The materials stress that they “are not a history course{!}, but…the longstanding history of anti-Asian racism in Canada appears only in a course chart that includes the 1885 Chinese Immigration Act as an example of “overt white supremacy”.
{The ‘Global Affairs’ material was obviously written by ‘Black’ racists…}

“Slavery, by contrast, is mentioned more than a half-dozen times. While chattel slavery did indeed exist for more than two centuries in colonial Canada, with about 3,000 estimated slaves in pre-Confederation Canada, ‘Black’ historians have argued that it was never the defining institution that it became in the United States, which had four million enslaved Africans on the eve of emancipation.

“So, too, is secondary attention given to what is, by any metric, Canada’s most immediate racial problem. From infant mortality to hate crimes to ‘representation in the incarcerated population’ {‘imprisoned criminals’}, ‘Indigenous’ communities in Canada see rates that aren’t even close to those of non-‘Indigenous’ populations of virtually any colour. Nevertheless, course materials repeatedly take a view more in tune with U.S. realities.

“Racism specifically and intentionally dehumanizes non-‘white’ — and especially ‘Black’ — peoples”,

reads the ‘Global Affairs’ literature.”

Immigrant Minister Supports Racist Funding’ (’Black’-only Funding) {Jan.19, 2021}:
When you put an immigrant with little understanding of Canadian values in charge of a federal ministry, this kind of ignorant racist nonsense is not a surprise. This particular fool has stirred up racial issues with both Cabinet appointments that he has received. Coming from a backwards, dysfunctional country like Somalia {He has only been in Canada since 1993}, this is not unexpected.
P.S. Canadian citizens have the justified expectation that federal Cabinet appointments will represent Canadian values and interests, not foreign, backwards ones.

Another government agency adopts racism as a guiding principle while pretending to be ‘fighting racism’. This will probably guarantee the end of large energy projects in Canada as Canada continues to commit economic suicide:
